- Print out the Balancing Flow Chart
Print out the chart and keep it handy for your reference so that you can use it any time something challenging comes up that you would like to clear.
- Experiment with using the steps and clearing your energy
Here's where a lot of what we've learned so far comes together and is put to use. IF you forget something go back and review the videos. Some of the tools are later on in the course, so if they don't seem familiar, don't be concerned. You'll get to learn them soon.
